Description The Dimplex Wall Fire is an electric fireplace using the well-known Opti-myst technology. This advanced technology provides a realistic fire image based on water vapour (smoke). With the supplied remote control, this hanging fireplace can be easily switched on, and with just a power outlet it is ready for use.
The Wall Fire is equipped with a heating element and a thermostat, making it feel as if you are sitting in front of a real fireplace.
Electric fireplace with Opti-myst technology
The unique flame pattern is created by illuminating water vapour. In a Dimplex fireplace with Opti-myst technology, there is a water tank under the glowing bed that produces water mist via a nebuliser. Lamps behind the water tank heat the air, which pushes the mist upwards. The rising water mist spreads over the glowing bed and reflects in the halogen light. This Opti-myst fire consists of two colours, and the lighting creates a lifelike flame pattern and realistic "smoke".
A water reservoir, light (halogen) and an evaporator provide innovative flames that are indistinguishable from real fire. On a full reservoir, the fireplace burns for 8-10 hours. The released ultra-thin water vapour also contributes to the humidity in the house. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a guarantee on the lamps and transducer (evaporator), because these are wearing parts. Of course, we can quickly provide you with replacement parts!
With the Wall Fire you can enjoy not only the atmosphere but also the warmth! The Dimplex Wall Fire Opti-myst L has the ability to emit heat. When you switch on the heating mode, the fireplace can produce 1 or 2 kW of heat. This distinguishes this mood fireplace from many other electric fireplaces and offers an even more realistic and atmospheric experience, as if you were sitting in front of a real fireplace. The fireplace is equipped with a thermostat.
The Wall Fire is available in two sizes: the Wall Fire Opti-myst L and the slightly narrower Wall Fire Opti-myst S.
